**1. General Policy:**
We are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted except in the cases outlined below.
**2. Non-Receipt of Items:**
If you claim that you did not receive your item, you must provide concrete proof, such as:
- A statement from the carrier confirming non-delivery.
- Surveillance footage, if available, showing that the package was not delivered to your premises.
We will investigate all claims thoroughly. If it is determined that the item was delivered to the correct address provided at checkout, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
**3. Damaged Items:**
We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged, the following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund or replacement:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Clear, high-resolution photographs or video footage of the damaged item and the packaging must be provided.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will assess the damage. If we determine that the damage occurred during shipping and not due to misuse, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion.
**4. Custom Orders:**
All custom orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. Once a custom order is placed, the design process begins immediately, and materials are allocated. Therefore, no changes or cancellations can be made once the order is confirmed.
For custom items, you will be required to approve the design proof before production begins. Any delays in approval will result in a delay in the production and delivery schedule.
**5. Incorrect Items:**
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a clear photograph of the incorrect item, along with the packing slip, and we will arrange for a replacement. The incorrect item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
**6. Shipping Charges:**
All shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item is approved for a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
**7. Dispute Resolution:**
In the event of a dispute, our decision will be final. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who we determine is attempting to exploit our policies.
